GNSS Log App 1.4.4

GNSS Log app is intended to create and compile observation logs for Static GNSS (GPS) Observations. Moving away from traditional paper logs, fillable PDFs, and notepads, this app aims to provide a reliable and precise solution for project documentation.

Whether conducting a handful or hundreds of observations annually, GNSS Log App equips users with the necessary tools to minimize errors and inaccuracies in documentation. Its simple and user-friendly layout facilitates a seamless workflow. Featuring a customizable user-built library for each observation, users can efficiently import and export library items with other users. The app supports fixed height and collapsible tripods, antenna extensions, and integrated antenna/receiver configurations.

Users have the option to manually input or directly import monuments from various databases such as the public National Geodetic Survey's Integrated Database (IDB), OPUS (Online User Positioning Service) share database, and the public COOPS database (Center for Oceanic and Operational Products).

Each observation can be timed, with a local notification signaling the completion of the planned observation session. Equipment details can be easily added and edited before, during, and after observations. Weather data is automatically logged at the beginning and end of each observation. It is important to note that this app does not interact with GPS equipment.

The app allows for importing text from an OPUS Solution email to input observed positions, actual observation times, and other session details. Furthermore, the OPUS Solution can be integrated into the Observation Log PDF output.

Users have the ability to import images complying with NGS guidelines and attach them to the final PDF output. The device's motion sensor and camera can be utilized to generate a vital Visibility Diagram useful for project managers.

The Observation Log can be personalized with custom logos and company names before exporting the final log to a PDF file for saving, emailing, messaging, or utilizing Airdrop functionality.
